Welcome to QuickDraw Rummy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickDraw Rummy app and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. By creating an account, downloading our app, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using the QuickDraw Rummy Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are a resident of India (excluding states where rummy for money is prohibited by law, including Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, and Nagaland)
- You are using the Service for recreational purposes and not as a source of primary income
- Your participation does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
2. Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
As a user of QuickDraw Rummy, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service
- Attempt to or actually circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service
- Engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or dishonest conduct while playing games
- Use multiple accounts registered to the same person
- Allow anyone else to use your account
- Harass, threaten, or cause distress or discomfort to other users
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
By making deposits into your QuickDraw Rummy account, you agree to the following:
- All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name
- The minimum and maximum deposit amounts as specified on the platform must be adhered to
- We reserve the right to verify your identity and payment methods at any time
- Deposits are to be used solely for participation in the games offered through our Service

5. Game Rules
QuickDraw Rummy offers various formats of rummy games. By participating in any game:
- You agree to abide by the specific rules of each game format
- You acknowledge that rummy is a game of skill and that success depends on your proficiency
- You understand that outcomes are determined by player skill and the random distribution of cards
- You accept that the house may collect a fee (rake) from each game or tournament
6. Cash Games and Tournaments
Cash games and tournaments on QuickDraw Rummy are governed by the following conditions:
- Entry fees, prize pools, and rake amounts will be clearly displayed before you join any game
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tournament or game for technical, legal, or business reasons
- In case of technical failures during a game, our dispute resolution policy will apply
- Players must maintain sufficient balance to continue in ongoing games
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuickDraw Rummy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact our support team.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuickDraw Rummy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
