• 3. If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the order has been shipped by LIBIRISHA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we will deduct a 10% handling fee and refund the remaining amount to your original method of payment.
• 4. If the order has already been shipped by LIBIRISHA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we will not be able to cancel it. You may return the product upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.
• 5. Custom or pre-ordered items from LIBIRISHA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED cannot be canceled as these products are made according to your specific requirements.
• 6. In exceptional cases, where a cancellation is due to an error on the part of LIBIRISHA INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED (such as wrong item shipped or item out of stock), we will issue a full refund without any cancellation fee.
